When we first got my daughter’s cat we didnt want it just to wander around at night when we were sleeping and he would bite anything moving(as if a toy) -so we put him in this. It is made of good quality and after a couple nights of the cat getting used to it and getting a bed to put inside- the cat seemed to really enjoy it! It worked out great. Now that he is older/bigger and doesnt think anything that is moving is a toy he is now a trained,great pet in anyroom!!

I knew the dimensions, and still it is small and flimsy, there really isn’t anything holding it together that will keep it together. The top gate is nice and allows me to see my cat whine when she is in the crate for transport. But it’s still flimsy. Made to cheaply to be graded a good product. And yes the packing was atrocious too.

It was smaller than I hoped, but since the dimensions were included with the description, that was my fault. The top door, which is very helpful with putting a cat in the carrier, is hard to open and close, which is why I only gave it a 3 star rating.

The open top on this carrier is nice. It’s comforting to both me and the cat to be able to see each other!

This carrier is well made and has a lot of new features not found on older models, for example shoulder strap hooks, removable plastic bolts, for taking it apart, and a metal grill top that can be removed to remove the pet at the vets. The plastic bolts are less likely to rust. The only problem is the carrier handle. It should be redesigned. It’s not secure. My wife was carrying a cat, when the handle came off. Lots of noise. We will only use it to carry cats to the vet, and I will figure a way to secure the handle.
